IgnAI.ai also provides access to LIBAiCoach, an AI-based coaching and learning module that opens within the app as an embedded, in-app webview experience. LIBAiCoach is a functionally separate module with its own dedicated Privacy Policy governing how it processes your data. Section 2(f) below explains only what this Privacy Policy needs to cover about LIBAiCoach at the app-package level — namely, the device permissions the app requests to support it. It does not restate LIBAiCoach's own data-collection, retention, or consent practices; those are set out in full in the separate LIBAiCoach Privacy Policy referenced in Section 2(f).

d. Voice and Microphone Data — If you use the voice-to-text feature in LibaGPT chat, the app records audio through your device's microphone with your permission. This audio recording is transmitted to our speech-transcription service to convert it into text for your chat message. The audio file is temporarily processed for transcription and is deleted from your device once the transcription is complete; we do not retain or store the original audio recording. Only the resulting text transcript is saved as part of your chat conversation, in the same way as a typed message. You can deny or revoke microphone permission at any time through your device settings, which will disable the voice-to-text feature.
e. Push Notification Data — To deliver push notifications (for example, when a course document is published or you are assigned to a course), we collect and store a device notification token, device identifier, platform (Android/iOS), and app version associated with your account. We also store the content of notifications sent to you (such as titles, messages, and related course or document identifiers) and a record of which users have received or read a notification, so that we can deliver and manage notifications reliably.
f. LIBAiCoach Module — Device Permissions — LIBAiCoach is accessed from within IgnAI.ai as an embedded webview. Because LIBAiCoach is packaged and installed as part of the same IgnAI.ai app, certain device permissions used by LIBAiCoach are requested under the IgnAI.ai app package. These permissions are used only when you open and use the LIBAiCoach module, and are used solely to support LIBAiCoach's features:
